Sunderland has been sadly lacking in a skilled sports massage facility and I set up R&R to rectify this after leaving university, where I studied sports science and qualified in full body massage.

Based inside Raich Carter sports centre in Hendon I aim to offer a full service to both professional athletes and standard gym goers.
